Myungsoo says that he’s (Sungyeol) also very sensitive to sounds when he sleeps. (Myungsoo sleeps on the top bunk and Sungyeol on the bottom) So when he uses the stairs he has to be extra careful because even the smallest sound wakes him up.

Even the sounds Myungsoo and Dongwoo make when they move/turn around in their beds are too loud, so Sungyeol has told them before “Please do me a favor and don’t move around.”
